Job summary

AdventHealth Ocala is seeking qualified RNs for PRN, night-shift roles across various units. You’ll assess patients, document health data, and implement care plans with a focus on safety and quality. Qualifications

Basic computing skills to navigate Windows-based programs.
Fluency in English (reading, speaking, writing) required.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates critical thinking to assess patient care needs and outcomes.
Documents health data systematically and timely.
Develops evidence-based care plans in collaboration with the team.
Administers medications and treatments per protocol and safety standards.
Ensures safe handoff communication and accurate documentation.
