Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a Travel RN in Labor & Delivery for a 14-week assignment in Carmichael, CA. The role involves caring for term, preterm and high-risk obstetric patients in a Family Birthing Center.

You will work 12-hour day shifts starting at 6:45 AM, totaling 36 hours weekly, with every-other weekend and rotating holidays. Requires BLS, ACLS, NRP and active RN license; minimum 2 years L&D experience; start 11/10/2026.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required.
• Active RN license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a labor and delivery setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Family Birthing Center across labor, delivery, and postpartum.
• Care for term, preterm, and high-risk obstetric patients including antepartum populations.
• Assist with C-sections and neonatal deliveries as needed.
