Job summary

Trinity Health’s FirstChoice travel nursing program is seeking an experienced RN for a 12-hour night shift at MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, IL. This full-time position offers premium pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities across multiple hospital locations.

You will float across units as needed, delivering high-quality patient care in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum settings. RN licensure and 2+ years of clinical experience required, with relevant certifications maintained.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s).
• Minimum two years of recent clinical experience across specialties (e.g., Critical Care, Surgical, Maternal Services).
• Credentials per specialty area (ACLS, TNCC, NRP); BLS/ACLS/PALS per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations/regions as needed.
• Apply standard nursing process: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within scope of practice and licensure.
• Maintain accountability for decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and changing priorities.
• Embrace diverse ideas and maintain professional practice.
