Job summary

FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution seeks an experienced RN for flexible, premium-pay assignments. The RN floats across hospital locations to cover shifts as needed in a regional/national scope, delivering bedside care and ensuring safety.

Role highlights include night shifts, 3x12 hours, start ASAP, and up to 13-week assignments. DailyPay and license reimbursement are available; travel and per diem options may apply.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU; 2 years for other specialties.
• Must maintain required credentials per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, PALS).

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
• Delegate, make choices and be accountable for outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement outcomes.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and diverse practice settings.
