Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice program seeks an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor & Delivery for flexible assignments across our health system. This role offers premium compensation and the ability to float across locations with diverse practice settings.

Responsibilities include independent practice within licensure, collaboration with stakeholders, and maintaining required credentials (ACLS, TNCC, PALS). Travel and per diem options are available with daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc).
• BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or locations/regions as needed.
• Apply professional nursing processes: Assess, Outcomes Identification, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Practice independently within licensure and scope of knowledge.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
