Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice RN program seeks experienced Registered Nurses for mobile staffing across hospital campuses. You will float to various units and locations, applying nursing processes, and delivering patient-centered care with flexibility in shifts.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s).
Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience across specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
Credentials required per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC); BLS, ACLS and PALS must be through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
Apply professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
Act independently within license, scope of knowledge and experience.
