Magnet Medical is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN in Webster, TX for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP. Night shift involves 3 days of 12 hours each, with weekly pay estimated at $1,796.

The RN provides care during labor, delivery and the immediate postpartum period, collaborates with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesiologists and the broader team, and documents in the EHR to ensure safe, compassionate care for mother and newborn. Onboarding requirements include L&D credentials.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor health of laboring patients and their fetuses.
• Administer medications and manage pain relief during labor as prescribed.
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections as needed.
• Provide newborn care and early postpartum support.
• Educate patients on labor processes and postpartum self-care.
• Document assessments, interventions and patient progress in the EHR.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists and nurseries teams.
