HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery in Alexandria, LA. This role covers labor and delivery duties for a 13-week travel assignment, with a 36-hour workweek and 12-hour night shifts.

The position requires BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications, plus strong clinical skills in IV starts, fetal strip interpretation, and OB circulator duties. Travel experience and the ability to scrub are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in starting IVs and drawing labs.
• Interpret fetal strips.
• Proficient in vag exams.
• OB circulator responsibilities.
• Ability to scrub is a nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Vaginal deliveries.
• Cesarean sections (C/sections).
• Amniocentesis.
• Amnioinfusions.
• IUPC/FSE placement.
