American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position with night shifts and on-call commitments. The assignment is 13 weeks in duration in Florence, SC, requiring an active SC or Compact license, BLS and NRP, and 2 years of L&D experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (SC or Compact)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Current BLS certification (AHA only)
• Current NRP certification (AHA only)
• Nursys verification within 30 days of start

Responsabilités

• Work in a high-volume Labor & Delivery unit
• Night shift 19:00–07:30
• 3 twelve-hour shifts per week plus 4 twelve-hour on-call shifts within a 6-week period
• Floating to similar units as needed
• 13-week assignment
• Assess patient needs through history, observation, exam, and data analysis
• Deliver age-specific nursing interventions per plan of care and standards
• Foster a compassionate environment for patients, families, visitors
• Use health and safety equipment to protect patients and staff
• Precept and mentor staff while contributing to department growth
• Participate in ongoing professional development and education
