Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a Travel RN in Labor and Delivery for a Spokane, Washington assignment. The role includes caring for high-risk and low-risk obstetric patients in a busy level 3 trauma center, with emphasis on patient safety and evidence-based obstetric care.

Shifts are 12-hour nights, 36 hours per week, with orientation and potential float to related units. The position requires BLS, NRP, EFM proficiency, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience.
• Current licensure in BLS, NRP, and Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM).
• EMR experience required (EPIC).
• Fetal monitoring and obstetric acuity experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for antepartum, intra-partum, and postpartum patients in a Level 3 trauma center.
• Provide newborn stabilization and maternal care per AWHONN guidelines.
• Rotate to postpartum and NICU units as needed.
• Adhere to unit policies and participate in on-call shifts when scheduled.
