Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for Labor and Delivery in Austin, Texas, dedicated to maternal and fetal health within our Fetal Testing Center. This contract role runs 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week, on days, Monday–Thursday 8:00–17:00 and Friday 8:00–12:00.

The RN must hold an active license and BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications, with prior L&D experience preferred. Housing allowances, travel reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications are mandatory.
• Previous Labor & Delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Conduct fetal testing, monitoring, and assessment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for mother and child.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
