Job summary

Cross Country Nurses seeks a Travel RN in Labor and Delivery for a placement in Indio, CA. The nurse will provide direct clinical care on the labor and delivery unit, support staffing, and ensure safe patient care during day shifts.

Requirements include a valid RN license and a BSN (or equivalent), with recent L&D experience; preferred NRCP and EFM familiarity. The assignment runs 13 weeks of 12-hour day shifts, with a 36-hour workweek and travel benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Nursing license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Recent experience in Labor and Delivery (minimum 0 years).
• Ability to meet facility onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct care for labor and delivery patients.
• Supervise staff and ensure safe, high-quality nursing care.
• Support clinical staff competency and manage resources to meet patient needs.
