You will float across units, perform essential nursing duties, and demonstrate professional practice while coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

• Float throughout the hospital and/or across multiple locations/regions as needed.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Act independently within license, scope of knowledge and experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
