Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team in Eureka, CA. This is a travel RN opportunity with an ASAP start and weekend shifts to meet staffing needs.

Requirements include an active California RN license and at least 1 year of labor and delivery experience. BLS/ACLS certifications are preferred, and you will work with a high-risk OB population, collaborating with the OB team to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• CA RN license required and active.
• Minimum 1 year experience in labor and delivery.
• BLS/ACLS certifications preferred or required.
• Travel RN with first-time traveler status encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum.
• Monitor fetal heart rate, maternal vitals, and respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate with obstetric and anesthesia teams for safe deliveries.
• Accurately document care in the EHR and communicate patient needs.
