Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift in Roswell, NM. Requires 1 year of L&D experience and NM or Compact RN licensure, with BLS and NRP certifications.

Shift is nights, 4x12 hours, 48 hours per week, length 13 weeks, start Sep 28, 2026, with option of 36 or 48 hours per week and every other weekend.

You'll provide antepartum, labor, postpartum and newborn care, maintain a 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio, and work with EPIC charting.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience and NM or Compact RN licensure.
• BLS and NRP certifications are required; STABLE preferred.
• Epic charting system experience is required.
• Ability to work night shifts and manage a 1:3 patient ratio.

Responsibilities

• Work in Labor and Delivery, including LDRP and Mother/Baby settings.
• Provide antepartum, labor, delivery, postpartum and newborn care.
• Maintain patient ratios and ensure safety during night shifts.
• Assist with vaginal delivery and recovery of C-section patients.
