Job summary
Magnet Medical is seeking a qualified Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) in Williston, North Dakota. The RN will provide comprehensive care to women during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period, collaborating with obstetricians and anesthesiologists to ensure safe, compassionate care for mothers and newborns.

Qualifications
- BLS certification required.
- Competency exam completed.
- L&D experience or credentialing.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor laboring patients, including vital signs and fetal status.
- Monitor fetal heart tones and uterine activity; manage NSTs.
- Administer medications as ordered (e.g., epidurals, Pitocin) and monitor effects.
- Assist obstetricians or midwives during deliveries, including instrumentation support.
- Provide postpartum and newborn care education and support.
- Document assessments and interventions in the EHR and communicate with the care team.
- Respond to obstetric emergencies and escalate when needed.
