Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Lewisville, Texas. This role is a hospital-based assignment with a 13-week contract and a 36-hour workweek on a 7P-7A schedule.

The RN L&D will manage labor processes, circulate during cesarean sections, and support antepartum/postpartum patients in line with AWHONN guidelines, using GE fetal monitoring and Meditech EMR.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required
• Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred
• Knowledge of cesarean section circulating is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage labor processes and monitor patient progress in the labor and delivery unit
• Circulate during cesarean section procedures ensuring patient safety and protocol adherence
• Provide care and support for antepartum and postpartum patients following AWHONN guidelines
• Operate GE fetal monitoring equipment and document using Meditech EMR
• Collaborate with staff to maintain high standards of patient care and unit efficiency
