Mayo Clinic is seeking an RN to rotate across Mayo Clinic sites (AZ, FL, MN, WI) in the Internal Travel Team. The role focuses on coordination of nursing care, education, and transitions, with contingency staffing support across sites.

Qualified candidates will have a BSN or higher, at least one year in PCU/ICU, and be able to work flexible hours. TN sponsorship is available; multi-state licensure is required. Mayo Clinic offers comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA) or in candidacy; if not accredited, at least one year RN experience in applicable care setting.
• Minimum of one year RN experience in PCU (ICU step-down) or ICU setting.
• If graduation was within last two years, one year RN experience in applicable setting or one year Mayo Clinic LPN experience.
• External traveler or float pool experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, holidays, weekends and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, education, and transitions across care settings.
• Travel regularly to Mayo Clinic sites in AZ, FL, MN, and WI as needed by patient care needs.
• Complete orientation coursework (FCCN and ACLS) with possible substitution of PCCN for FCCN.
• Be assigned to PCU or Med/Surg units and support Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model.
• Provide contingency staffing support across Mayo Clinic nursing sites as required.
