Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Internal Travel Team. RNs will rotate across Mayo Clinic sites in Arizona, Florida, Minnesota and Wisconsin based on patient care needs. The role requires relevant orientation coursework and may involve floating to PCU, ICU, PACU, or Procedural areas.

Candidates should have BSN or equivalent and current multi-state RN licenses. Excellent communication, teamwork, and EMR skills are essential. TN sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; must meet state licensure requirements.
• If graduation was within last two years, additional RN experience in specified care settings may be required.
• External traveler or float pool experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and patient/family education.
• Float pool RN across Mayo Clinic nursing sites as needed.
• Travel to Mayo Clinic sites in AZ, FL, MN, and WI as patient care needs dictate.
• Lead and mentor within the Nursing Professional Practice Model.
