Job summary

Health Here is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel staffing to support underserved communities. You will deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians, and coordinate across prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

Qualifications include an accredited nursing program graduate with a preferred Bachelor's degree, an active RN license, and at least one year of nursing experience (including travel).

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure for NLC states.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience and at least six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the facility.
• Required department-specific competencies and certifications, with the ability to maintain them.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process - assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver individualized patient care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to coordinate and evaluate care.
• Providing care across all phases, from prevention and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Planning and coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing licensure and adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
