Job summary

Sanford Health’s travel nursing program in Fargo, ND seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver individualized care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate patient care across all ages, practicing within state regulations and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an unencumbered RN license (multistate licensure if applicable), and BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and/or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, assess patients, provide education, perform triage, and perform nursing interventions within scope of practice.
