Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practice occurs.
• Multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized patient care.
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Care for patients across preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate care, assess patients, triage and perform nursing interventions.
• Operate within the Nurse Practice Act and standards of practice.
