Responsibilities

• Provide high-level nursing care to PCU, Medical/Telemetry, and critical care patients.
• Manage patient assignments at MS/Tele ratios of 6:1 and Critical Care ratios of 2:1.
• Float to Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, PCU, and/or Critical Care units as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic health record system.
