Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an RN House Supervisor.
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during shifts and ensure efficient patient care.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges for optimal flow.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Adjust staffing based on acuity and census to maintain coverage.
• Lead during emergencies and liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support staff, patients, and families and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Participate in quality assurance and use EHR/incident systems.
