Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled House Supervisor RN for a 13-week travel assignment in River Falls, WI. The role leads nursing operations during shifts to ensure quality patient care and safe hospital functioning.

The position requires an RN with at least one year of supervisory experience, Wisconsin license, and BLS certification. Preferred certifications include ACLS, PALS/ENPC, NRP, NIHSS, CPI, and TNCC. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this travel opportunity.

Formación

• One year of recent experience as an RN House Supervisor.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• ACLS, PALS/ENPC, NRP, NIHSS, CPI, TNCC certifications preferred.
• Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support nursing staff during shifts, ensuring efficient patient care and adherence to hospital policies.
• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to maintain optimal patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Adjust staffing levels based on patient acuity and census.
• Lead during emergencies and provide leadership in critical situations.
• Collaborate with leaders and multidisciplinary teams to address hospital-wide needs.
• Serve as a resource for staff, patients, and families, addressing concerns professionally.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
