Required Experience & Certifications

• 5+ years RN experience
• ED or ICU experience required
• Prior charge or house supervisor experience preferred
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; NRP* and PALS* highly desired
• Experience with Epic charting system
• Knowledge of staffing models, scheduling, bed management, and regulatory compliance
• Shift: 3x12 Day (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) or Night (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Weekends: Every 3rd or variable depending on coverage needs
• Call: Not required
• Floating: May float between units and nearby facilities based on skill set
