Required Experience (HARDSTOPS)

• Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience
• Level II Trauma experience – REQUIRED
• Must be very comfortable in a Level II trauma OR
• Well-rounded OR background across multiple specialties, including:
  • Ortho (Level 1–2, total joints)
  • Neuro (Level 2, cranis)
  • General / Trauma
  • Vascular / Endovascular / Hybrid
  • GYN / Uro
  • Robotics
• DaVinci Robotics experience – REQUIRED
  • DaVinci Xi
  • DaVinci 5 (DV5)
• Epic experience: Minimum 1 year – REQUIRED

License Requirement

• Oregon RN License
  • Pending license accepted (proof of application required at submission)

Required / Preferred Certifications

• BLS – REQUIRED
• ACLS – Strongly Preferred
• PALS – Strongly Preferred

Charting / Systems

• EPIC – REQUIRED
