Job summary

Druid City Infusion, part of the Vital Care Infusion Services network, is seeking a Registered Nurse (PRN) to travel to patient homes in Colorado and surrounding areas to deliver infusion therapies and provide expert patient care. The role includes education, assessments, and collaboration with pharmacists and care teams.

Ideal candidates will have an active RN license, ADN or BSN, and BLS, with experience in infusion therapy, CVAD, and home health settings.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes to administer IV medications and therapies.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapies and self-care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EHR.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and care teams for scheduling and delivery.
