Job summary
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Labor & Delivery position in Seattle, WA, requiring a WA or compact license and prior high-risk L&D experience. This role covers a high-volume, high-acuity unit with a night shift and 1:1-2 patient care ratios.

Qualifications
- Active WA or compact RN license required in hand at time of submission.
- Required certifications: BLS and NRP.
- Minimum 1 year of high-risk Labor & Delivery experience required.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-acuity L&D environments required.
- Epic EMR experience required.
Responsibilities
- Work in a high-risk, high-volume Labor & Delivery unit with 31 rooms/beds and 4 ORs.
- Average daily census of 15 patients with 500-600 deliveries per month.
- Care for midwifery clients, private OB patients, Adult Recovery Services and community care clinic patients.
- Night shift schedule, 4x12 hours from 19:00-7:30.
- Provide comprehensive Labor & Delivery care including circulating duties, high-risk delivery assistance, and postpartum recovery support.
