Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Brunswick, GA, starting 10/12/2026. You will care for high-acuity patients on a tele step-down unit, with potential to float to Tele-M/S and collaborate with physicians, RNs, and PCTs.

The role requires an active RN license in the United States, experience in high-acuity settings, and proficient Cerner charting. Compensation includes weekly pay and travel support with housing assistance.

Qualifications

• Current U.S. RN license required.
• Experience in high-acuity or step-down environments preferred.
• Cerner charting experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for high-acuity patients on tele step-down.
• Administer medications and drips per orders; manage post‑ICU care as needed.
• Document accurately in Cerner; reflect patient status and care delivered.
• Float to Tele-M/S units as needed, maintaining safety and infection control.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and adhere to unit ratios.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and communicate with families.
