• Collaborate with the care team to deliver evidence-based care and ensure patient safety in a fast-paced environment.
• Be prepared to float to Tele/M/S units as needed to support patient census and unit needs.
• Adhere to unit staffing ratios and optimize patient flow: IMCU 3-4:1; Tele-M/S with PCT assistance 5-6:1.
