Job summary

Solutions By Sanford seeks an experienced RN for Chamberlain Medical Center in Chamberlain, SD. The RN will perform assessments, develop care plans, and deliver patient care across the care continuum.

You will work with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective nursing interventions in a rotating shift schedule. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of RN experience, at least 6 months of travel experience, and must live within 60 miles of Chamberlain.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold an unencumbered RN license.
• Maintain required department competencies and certifications.
• Experience with nursing care in varied clinical settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues for planning and evaluation.
• Coordinate patient care, assess needs, educate, triage and follow-up.
