Job summary

Fidelity On Call is seeking a Travel RN for the CIA Float Pool in Urbana, IL. This full-time, 12-hour night shift position floats to inpatient units and supports a wide range of patient needs with mobility across units.

Requirements include RN license, BLS and ACLS, Trauma 1, and EPIC experience, plus a minimum of 1 year nursing experience. Pay is up to $63/hr with travel, housing and meal allowances.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of assignment.
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) required.
• Trauma 1 certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Floats to inpatient units including Medical-Surgical, Oncology, Orthopedic, Advanced Care, and ICUs.
• Provides direct nursing care and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team.
• Performs assessments, nursing diagnoses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care.
• Precepts staff from various units as needed.
• Coordinates care with multidiscipline team members to ensure high-quality care.
