Cross Country Nurses is seeking a Travel Nurse RN Float for a 22-week assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This 12-hour day shift position requires floating across medical‑surgical units, with a minimum 36 hours per week and three weekend shifts in four weeks.

The role includes caring for patients with various conditions, performing assessments, care planning, and IV therapy management. Indiana license, BLS, and hospital experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana license or compact license
• BLS through AHA
• Minimum 1.5 years of Level 1/Level 2 or tertiary experience
• At least 1 year of experience at a large hospital (450+ beds)

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Perform assessments and care planning
• Float between units as required
• Manage IV therapy, wound care, and patient monitoring
