HealthForce Healthcare is seeking an RN First Assist (RNFA) for a travel assignment in Templeton, California. Start date 11/09/2026, duration 13 weeks. Work 4x10-hour rotating shifts in a hospital perioperative department.

As an RNFA, you will provide perioperative nursing care, assist the operating surgeon, and collaborate with the perioperative team. California RN license required; perioperative experience preferred. Travel-friendly benefits and weekly pay apply.

Competenze

Active California RN license.
Perioperative care experience or RNFA preferred.
Willing to work in hospital perioperative environment on rotating 10-hour shifts.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

Provide perioperative nursing care and assist under the direction of the primary operating surgeon in the perioperative experience.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate, manage, provide, and delegate tasks for surgical patients.
Adhere to established Standards of Nursing Practice and promote cooperation among the health care team.
Represent the RNFA role with leadership and professionalism within facility policies and guidelines.
Collaborate with the perioperative team and report to the Director of Perioperative Services as needed.
