Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN ED – Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in El Paso, Texas. The role is a 12-week contract with 36 hours per week and 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, located in a hospital setting.

The ideal candidate holds Texas or Compact RN licensure and must have ACLS/ALS, BCLS/BLS, ENPC or PALS, TNCC, and CPI within 6 weeks of onboarding. Provide ER care, collaborate with teams, and document in Meditech EMR.

Qualifications

• Requires TX RN licensure (or Compact state).
• ACLS/ALS, BCLS/BLS, ENPC or PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• CPI training within 6 weeks of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency room nursing care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Follow unit protocols and policies to ensure safety and compliance.
• Utilize Meditech EMR system for documentation and patient information management.
• Maintain certification requirements and adhere to dress code standards, including royal blue scrubs and closed-toed shoes.
