Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks an experienced Emergency Department RN for a travel assignment at Regional Medical Center Emergency Department, a 54-bed Level III trauma and Level II stroke center serving over 60,000 patients annually.

You will join a dedicated team of physicians, NPs, nurses and support staff, with block scheduling and 36 or 48 hours per week. OT starts after 48 hours; every other weekend and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Must have all required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred; 18 months considered under certain conditions.
• No temporary licenses accepted.
• Demonstrates strong emergency assessment, critical-thinking, trauma and patient-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work a 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM schedule in a high-volume ED.
• 36 or 48 hours per week with block scheduling when possible.
• Every other weekend; holidays required as needed.
• OT begins after 48 hours, regardless of contracted schedule.

Join the Regional Medical Center Emergency Department, a high-volume emergency care environment providing comprehensive emergency medical services to patients of all ages. This 54-bed, state-designated Level III Trauma Center and Level II Stroke Center treats more than 60,000 patients annually, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced ER nurse to expand their clinical experience.

You’ll work alongside a highly trained team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and support staff dedicated to providing exceptional emergency care around the clock.

3:00 PM – 3:00 AM

36 or 48 hours per week accepted

Every other weekend required

Holidays required as needed

Block scheduling may be accommodated

Friday/Saturday/Sunday

Saturday/Sunday/Monday

OT begins after 48 hours, regardless of whether the contracted schedule is 36 or 48 hours/week

Required Certifications

Candidates must have all required certifications:

Experience & Education Requirements

Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred

Candidates with 18 months of experience may be considered if they:

Have been working under the highest level of their professional license

Have at least 1 year of experience in the specialty

Must demonstrate strong emergency assessment, critical-thinking, trauma, and patient-management skills

No temporary licenses accepted
