Job summary
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Dept position requiring ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications along with a WA or compact RN license.
This travel assignment is in Kennewick, Washington, a 25-bed ED in a teaching hospital; shift 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM, 36 hours per week, with every other weekend.

- Emergency Dept within a teaching hospital serving the Tri-Cities area of southeastern Washington
- 25-bed unit with patient ratios of 4:1
- Cares for all patient populations including geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients
- Uses Paragon EHR system
- Shift runs 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM
- Weekend rotation of every other weekend
- No on-call requirements
- Active WA or compact RN license required
- Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
- Active Nursys licensure verification required at time of consideration
- Copies of required certifications must be provided for consideration
- Provide emergency medical care to a diverse patient population across all age groups
- Any scrub color is acceptable for this assignment
- Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel rate
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere on a full-time basis while on this assignment
