AdventHealth in Killeen, TX is seeking PRN RN staff via StaffFlex to support night shift coverage. Nurses will travel within our system to different facilities, with the potential to convert to permanent staff.

A competitive premium pay rate of $75 per hour is offered for contract assignments, with up to 36 hours per week. Eligible candidates must have an Associate Degree in Nursing, be licensed as RN, and hold BLS/ACLS/TNCC certifications.

Formación

• Associate's in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting is required.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates critical thinking and documents patient data systematically.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and develops care plans.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety.
• Maintains compliant handoff communications and patient placement as needed.
• Educates patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
