American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week Emergency Department travel assignment in New Mexico. The position requires a compact or NM RN license and at least one year of ER experience. The shift is 12 hours, evenings, with a 36-hour work week, and the start date is 01/19/2026.

Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), weekly payroll, and travel/licensure reimbursements, with per diem and subsidy options for travel

Qualifications

• 1 year of Emergency Department RN experience minimum.
• Active licensure in New Mexico or a compact state before start date.
• Current, active nursing certifications required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in the ED as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Care for diverse patient populations with varying acuity in a hospital setting.
• Work 12-hour evenings from 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM while fulfilling a 13-week assignment.
