Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions CHS is seeking a travel nurse RN Electrophysiology Lab in Tucson, Arizona.

The assignment is 13 weeks, 48 hours per week, with 12-hour day shifts. Call requirements are rotating and include weekend coverage; schedule may be 3 x 12s (0600-1830/1930/2030) depending on unit needs.

Must have an active RN license for AZ or a compact state, ACLS and BLS. Relevant PACU/ICU/Telemetry/Cath Lab/Surgery Center experience is considered on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN- AZ or compact state license with ACLS and BLS.
• Experience in PACU, ICU, telemetry, cath lab or surgery center is considered case-by-case.
• Travel assignment requires 13 weeks, 48 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients
• Prep patients for Cath procedures (charting pre procedure checklist, IV start, access preparation)
• Prep patients for Cardioversions (CV), and Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE)
• Recover patients following Cath who had conscious sedation
• Sedate, Circulate, and document bedside procedures; CV & TEE
• Discharge patients (teaching, documentation, and physical discharge)
