Job summary

UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Night Shift Emergency Department registered nurse. The role is full-time, 72 hours per pay period over two weeks, with a $50.00 per hour rate and a travel package/stipend.

Opportunities include 13-week assignments and a dynamic, multidisciplinary team environment. Qualified candidates hold a CO RN license or eNLC privileges, with at least 1 year of nursing experience and ACLS/NIHSS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC/ATCN plus BLS certifications.

Qualifications

• CO RN license or eNLC privileges.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• ACLS, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or ATCN, and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice in care delivery.
• Precept new staff or learners and adapt to a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.

Minimum Requirements

• CO RN license or eNLC privileges
• 1-year experience
• ACLS, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or ATCN
• BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
