Job summary

UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital is seeking an experienced ED RN for an evenings shift. The role offers full-time hours, up to 72 per pay period, with a $50.00/hour rate plus a travel package. 13-week assignments are available, and a Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges are required.

Minimum 1 year of ER experience, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS/ENPC, TNCC/ATCN, and BLS with a valid card before start date are required. This position emphasizes patient‑centered care and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Qualifications

• CO RN license or eNLC privileges.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• ACLS, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or ATCN.
• BLS certification with card in-hand before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department up to Level 1 trauma.
• Utilize the nursing process to guide care.
• Precept new staff and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, safety-focused clinical environment.

Department: Emergency Department

Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Evenings - 1100-2300

Pay: $50.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend

Minimum Requirements:

• CO RN license or eNLC privileges

• BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
