MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN in the ED for a Newburgh, Indiana assignment. The role is 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts, on a 13-week travel contract, start date 10/05/2026.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize patients with trauma and illness requiring emergency attention.
• Recognize and treat life-threatening conditions with decisive action.
• Understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health.
