Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking an experienced RN for a travel-facing role across multiple Mayo Clinic sites. The RN will coordinate nursing care, provide direct patient care, and educate patients and families while adapting to a dynamic travel schedule.

Ideal candidates have PCU/ICU experience, strong teamwork and EMR skills, and the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. A BSN and active multi-state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• RN must graduate from ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA or equivalent accredited program.
• If not ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA accredited, at least one year RN experience required.
• Minimum one year RN experience in PCU or ICU.
• Current multi-state RN licenses: MN, WI, AZ, FL.
• BLS certification required and valid for 90 days post start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, patient education, and transitions of care.
• Provide direct patient care and collaborate with care teams.
• Demonstrate leadership and mentoring within the Nursing Professional Practice Model.
• Travel between Mayo Clinic sites as part of the Internal Travel Team.
