Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RCIS professional with expert EP Mapping skills for a hospital Cath Lab position in Maryland.

The role requires an active MD or compact RN license, current BLS from the AHA, and 2+ years of RCIS EP Mapping experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, 40 hours weekly with no on-call.

Local candidates are considered at local rates in select states; benefits include health coverage, 401(k), housing allowances, and travel reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Active MD or compact RN license required.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Expert RCIS with EP Mapping experience required.
• License/cert verification within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Work in the 4 South Acute/Cardiac unit within a hospital Cath Lab.
• Cardiac patient population requiring electrophysiology mapping procedures.
• Monday through Friday schedule, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• 40 hours per week with no on-call responsibilities.
• Provide expert-level cardiovascular invasive care focusing on EP mapping.
• Train team members in EP mapping techniques.
• Local candidates accepted at local rates in select states including MD.

• Expert-level RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification with EP Mapping (Electrophysiology Mapping) experience required

Responsibilities

• Work in the 4 South Acute/Cardiac unit within a hospital Cath Lab setting
• Cardiac patient population requiring electrophysiology mapping procedures
• Monday through Friday schedule, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• 40 hours per week with no on-call responsibilities
• 5-week assignment lengthProvide expert-level cardiovascular invasive care with a focus on electrophysiology mapping procedures
• Responsible for providing training to team members in EP mapping techniques
• Local candidates accepted at local rates in select states including CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, MD, MA, MI, NC, NE, NY, OH, OR, and PA
