TotalMed RN in El Paso, TX seeks a Travel Nurse RN Case Manager to coordinate patient care over a 13-week assignment. You’ll work 40 hours/week, days shift, providing case management, and collaborating with RNs, doctors and social workers to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• 1 year of case management experience required.
• Travel nursing in El Paso, 13-week assignment.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess new patients.
• Create and update care plans.
• Educate families about resources and options.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and social workers.
• Document and submit medical records.
• Interface with insurance to appeals or approvals.
• Analyze data to reduce costs and readmissions.
