Job summary

Healthforce Healthcare LLC has a travel RN Case Management opening in Sitka, AK. The role is a 13-week assignment with a guaranteed 40 hours per week in an ambulatory/outpatient setting.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Start date is 10/12/2026. Weekly pay is competitive and reflects outpatient nursing care responsibilities and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Alaska or other US state
• BLS certification required; Case management certification preferred
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ambulatory/outpatient care nursing experience; Case management experience preferred
• Strong documentation skills and ability to collaborate with providers and teams

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments in ambulatory/outpatient settings
• Administer medications per orders and monitor responses
• Identify changes in patient condition and escalate when needed
• Coordinate care with providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Document assessments and outcomes in the EHR; educate patients and families
• Maintain infection control and regulatory compliance in fast-paced outpatient care
