Job summary

American Traveler, LLC is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for a hospital setting in Florida. The role requires active FL/compact RN license with Nursys verification, BLS, and at least 2 years of case management in acute care.

Shifts are 12-hour evenings (11:00 AM–11:30 PM) three times a week with potential overtime. Housing, per diem, licensure reimbursements, and generous travel benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active FL or compact RN license required, with Nursys verification on profile.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience required.
• Acute care experience required.
• Degree accreditation must be documented on profile, or 5 years of experience required in lieu of accreditation documentation.
• Driver's license address must match address on file with the Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Case Management/Utilization Review in an acute care hospital setting.
• 12-hour evening shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM, 3 shifts per week.
• Every other week requires 1 additional 8-hour shift (11:00 AM to 7:30 PM) resulting in 4 hours of overtime.
• Floating required to sister campuses as needed, with travelers prioritized for floating assignments.
• Sister campuses are within 15-20 minutes of each other.
• Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, with strict verification including property records review.
• Candidates cannot own or cosign on property within the 50-mile radius.
• Candidates must be prepared to secure full-time housing in the area rather than commuting from outside the region.
• No block scheduling requests accommodated.
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted prior to start date and will not be approved after offer.
• Orientation begins on a Friday, including remote orientation and an in-person visit to the facility for badge/ID.
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date with no exceptions for pending documentation.
• Candidates are expected to integrate as core staff and demonstrate flexibility and teamwork.
• Interview process includes an HWL prescreen interview followed by a final manager interview.
