Schedule & Shift Requirements

• Variable schedule required to support staffing needs, summer vacations, time off, and PTO utilization
• Every other weekend required

• Expected ratio: 20:1

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years of inpatient care management experience required
• Recent acute care hospital care management/discharge planning experience requiredli>
• Behavioral health experience alone will not be considered qualifying experience
• Must be comfortable working variable schedules in an acute care hospital environment

Floating Requirements

• Floating between units required based on unit needs and traveler skill sets
• Travelers may also float to additional PH&S facilities as needed:
  • Milwaukie
  • Newberg
  • Portland
  • Hood River
  • Willamette Falls
  • Seaside
  • Saint Vincent

Seaside Floating Information

• Travelers floating to Seaside from a non-Seaside home facility will receive:
  • Additional +$5/hour incentive for hours worked at Seaside
  • IRS mileage reimbursement
• Hotel accommodations provided for consecutive floating shifts to Seaside
• Facility will provide as much advance notice as possible for Seaside floating assignments
